Day 01: Bali to Sukamade turtle beach stay (L, D)

Around at 08:00 am, our staff will pick you up from your hotel or any place in Bali then take you to the most western tip of Bali for about 3-4 hours by private car with AC to reach Gilimanuk ferry port in the most western tip of Bali Island, then upon arrival in Gilimanuk, we will proceed to take a ferry to cross Bali strait for about 1-1.5 hours to reach Ketapang ferry port in Banyuwangi (in the most eastern tip of Java). This trip goes through the rural landscapes of West Bali

And upon your arrival in Ketapang ferry port (in the most eastern tip of Java Island), we will continue our trip to reach the Sukamade green turtle beach. It takes approximately for about 3-5 hours driving in totally with a private car which will be combined and continued with a private jeep (4WD vehicle) from Sarongan village to reach Sukamade Beach by crossing rain forest and small rivers by our special vehicle adventures. Lunch will be served at local restaurant on the way to reach area of Sukamade turtle beach and on this day, you will be having dinner & overnight stay at the guesthouse nearby and return to the beach at night for turtle spotting

Around after sunrise, we will do trekking back to the beach for releasing baby turtles activities. It is rare experience that you will release baby turtles in their natural habitat with amazing view of wide white sandy beach and the huge of virgin rainforest on the back side.

After spending your memorable times in Sukamade turtle beach, we will go back to the homestay for having breakfast. Afterward, spend the morning for exploring the surroundings of Sukamade. This is an area of virtually void of people. Go and a dip in crystal clear waters nearby river. Afterward, we leave this area in the early noon to continue our trip to your hotel in Banyuwangi for about 4-5 hours driving. On this way, you will pass rural landscape, plantations, small cities and rice fields.

Day 03: Ijen crater hiking with possibility to do the Ijen blue fire tours and then to Bali (B)

Wake up in the dawn time (around at 04:00 am) and then you will meet with our staff at the lobby of your hotel to drive to reach to the Paltuding by passing through plantations and rainforest. This is one of the few remaining rain forest in Java Island with giant ferns, plants & big trees. This journey takes approximately 1 hour from your hotel by private car. Paltuding is well known as post 1 (base camp) or starting point for Ijen expedition tour and climbing or trekking tour activities to the slope of Mount Ijen.

Arrive in the parking in Paltuding which is located on the slope Mount Ijen, approximately 2 until 3 hours will be required to ascend slope of mount Ijen to reach peak of Ijen Crater ( it is depend on the your condition) and along the path, you will enjoy the stunning natural scenery with fresh air and shady. Resting on the edge of the crater at an altitude of 2883 meters and enjoy best panorama of the lake of sulfate where reflects spectacular view in the surrounding walls to give the impression like doom. The sulfur mining workers go down into the crater and climb back up by passing dangerous path on the edge of Ijen Crater with the load as much as 80 kilograms on their shoulders. This is really a dangerous & hard job. Here also, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery in the crater of Ijen as one of God’s amazing creation. Do not forget to take pictures in this area as a proof that you have visited one of the most amazing places on earth.

After enjoyed the natural scenery in Ijen crater and then around at 06:00 am you will descend the slope of Mount Ijen until vehicles parking area in the base camp of Paltuding where our vehicle is waiting to escort you back to your hotel or accommodation in Ijen crater area or continue our trip to take you out directly to Ketapang ferry port – Banyuwangi which is located in the most eastern tip of Java Island to cross Bali strait by ferry for about 1-1.5 hours to reach to the Gilimanuk ferry port in the most western tip of Bali Island.
