Your itinerary

Day 01: Drive from Malang or Surabaya to hotel in Bromo area 

  • Today, our staff will fetch you either from Malang or Surabaya and then start your trip to reach accommodation in Mount Bromo area for about 3-5 hours drives and it is depend on situation of the traffic (the best time to start this trip either from Malang or Surabaya area is at 9 am, in order your can have much more time to explore the area of your hotel in Bromo). On this trip you can may ask to the driver to stop to get the public toilet or stop at local restaurant for having meals and drink coffee or tea.

  • Upon your arrival in Mount Bromo area, we will escort you to the hotel in Bromo area for overnight stay before you continue your trip for the sunrise tours and the Bromo climbing in the next morning. >>> During your trip today, you maybe can enjoy the optional program of Taman Safari Prigen tours OR Water rafting adventure tour with extra cost 

Day 02: Sunrise tours - climbing Bromo & drive to reach hotel in Ijen area (B) 

  • 03.00-04.30: Wake up in the dawn time and using jeep's vehicle to reach the place for seeing the sunrise in Bromo area or enjoy the sunrise tours, where you can choose one of the famous places to see sunrise in Bromo, such as: Mount Pananjakan or Gunung Penanjakan, Kingkong hill or Bukit Kingkong & Love hill of Bromo or Bukit Cinta Bromo

  • 04.30-06.00: Take while your time for a cup of coffee or tea, then seeing the sunrise at a place as like your choice. After enjoy sunrise tours with nice view of Bromo surrounding, we will continue to drive with jeep for next destination on the slope of Mount Bromo which is as the parking area

  • 06.00-08.00: Crossing the seas of sand on foot or with horse riding (it is as optional for you with distance 10 minutes walking / one way) to reach the bottom area of Bromo where there are more than 250 stairs which will direct you to reach peak of Mount Bromo. Resting for awhile and take the pictures on the top of Mount Bromo with amazing view of the Bromo crater which on the bottom area is spread out the seas of sand or famous with whispering sand and it is bordered with other mountains as natural backgrounds

  • 08.00-10.00: Going back to your hotel or accommodation in Bromo area by passing the same route as you have done for reaching the top of Mount Bromo. Arrived in your hotel, please enjoy your breakfast; take a shower and preparation for leaving Mount Bromo to reach your next destination in Ijen crater area

  • 10.00-17.00: Leaving Mount Bromo and drive for about 5-7 hours (it is depend on situation of the traffic) to reach your accommodation or hotel in Ijen crater area. In this route will pass rural landscape, small cities, rice fields, plantations and beaches. >>> During yourtrip today, you maybe can enjoy the optional programs, such as: the savannah tours Bromo and Madakaripura waterfall tours with extra cost 

Day 03: Ijen blue fire tour and go to Sukamade (B, L, D)    

  • 00:30 or 01.00 am: This trip will be started from your accommodation or hotel in Ijen area around at 00:30 am or at least at 01:00 am and then drives for about 1 hour to reach the post 1 of Paltuding or this is as the starting point for the hiking activities in Ijen crater and then you will do the climbing actitivities in Mount Ijen as follow

  • 02.00-06.00: The preparation and then climbing activities to reach top of Ijen. Upon your arrival time on the peak of Ijen crater, you can do observation of the Milky Way + the seeing process of blue fire and if it is needed with your request, we will descend to reach the edge of lake to see blue fire with better and clearer view, then afterward viewing of sunrise on the peak of Mount Ijen and take a rest with an amazing view the green lake of sulfur as natural backgrounds which can forget how tired for the climbing process in Ijen crater

  • 06.00-10.00: Go down by passing the same path till the base camp Paltuding. And around at 08.00, leaving base camp Paltuding (parking lot in Ijen crater area) to escort you back to your accommodation or hotel for having breakfast, take shower and spend your own time in hotel area, then preparation to leave your accommodation in Ijen area

  • 10.00-15.00: After you enjoyed the breakfast at your accommodation, we will leave the hotel or homestay to continue our journey to the Sukamade Green Turtle Beach. It takes for about 3-4 hours driving to reach the last village which is located on the bordering of Meru Betiri National Park where is the Sumakade beach located. This village is well known with name "Sarongan Village"and lunch will be served at restaurant on our way to reach the Sarongan village. Then, from this village we will change and use jeep vehicle (4WD vehicle) for about 1-1.5 hours to reach Sukamade Beach by crossing the rain forest and rivers with special vehicle for adventure trip to Sukamade and today, you will get dinner and overnight in the Guesthouse nearby with Sukamade beach and we will go to the beach at night for the turtle spotting which will come ashore for laying their eggs on the beach

Sukamade beach: Sukamade beach is about 97 km to southwest of Banyuwangi. This beach is natural, quiet and beautiful place which was discovered it in 1927 by Dutch on the period of colonization. The 1200 hectares are an active plantation that produces rubber, coffee and cacao. Sukamade is the Natural Resource Conservation in East Java which is in charge of the turtle’s perpetuation. A night adventure and trekking tour to Sukamade beach is an unforgettable trip. You will be guided by a ranger to find the sea turtles which will come to a shore to lay eggs. You can see a female turtle lays more than one hundred eggs on the white sandy beach. The female turtles usually start landing at 7 pm and return to the sea at 12 pm
 
The way to Sukamade beach: The ways to Sukamade is worth exploring. Along the way to visit this place, the visitors can stop at the beautiful place of Rajegwesi and Teluk Hijau a fantastic green bay with its beautiful cliff around. If we are lucky enough, we can see the animals are grassing on the savannah which will impress, this area is virgin places you must know which is located in the most eastern tip of Java Island, Banyuwangi, Indonesia.

Day 04: Sukamade turtle beach to Banyuwangi ferry port and to your hotel in Bali (B)

  • After breakfast at guesthouse in Sukamade beach area then spend the morning time for exploring the surroundings of Sukamade. This is an area of virtually void of people. Go and a dip in crystal clear waters of the river. Afterward, we leave this area in the early noon to continue our trip to Ketapang ferry portl in Banyuwangi for about 4-5 hours driving. During on the way, you will pass rural landscape, plantations, small cities and rice fields. Upon arrival in Banyuwangi, we will escort you to to ferry port in Ketapang (most eastern tip of Java Island) to cross Bali strait by ferry for about 1hour to reach Port of Gilimanuk in the most western tip of Bali Island. Upon arrival in Gilimanuk port, we will continue to drive to Pemuteran, Lovina, Ubud, Kuta, Sanur, Seminyak, Nusadua or Jimbaran area for about 3-4 hours.
