Tour itinerary:
Day 01: Banyuwangi to Hotel in Ijen Crater
Start from Airport, Train’s Station, Bus Station or Ferry Port in Banyuwangi area our staff will meet you there and then we will escort you to the Hotel in Banyuwangi area or Hotel in Ijen Crater area with possible to stop on the way for having lunch at local restaurant or directly to escort you to reach your hotel for overnight stay & having dinner
Day 02: Ijen Crater Banyuwangi with Blue Fire Tours & drive back to Hotel
About at 04:30 in the morning, our 4WD vehicle (jeep) will bring us to the village of Licin and then continue to the slope of Mount Ijen, passing through plantations and rainforest. This is one of the few remaining on the Island of Java with giant ferns, plants & big trees, this journey takes approximately 1 hour from the hotel by private car. Arrive at the parking area of Mount Ijen, approximately 1 until 1.5 hours will be required to ascend slope of mount Ijen to reach peak of Ijen Crater and along the path, you will enjoy the stunning natural scenery with fresh air & shady.
Resting on the edge of the crater at an altitude of 2883 meters and enjoy best panorama of the lake of sulfate where reflects spectacular view in the surrounding walls to give the impression like doom. The sulfur mining workers go down into the crater and climb back up by passing dangerous path on the edge of Ijen Crater with the load as much as 80 kilograms on their shoulders.
This is really a dangerous & hard job. Here also, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery in the crater of Ijen as one of God’s amazing creation. Do not forget to take pictures in this area as a proof that you have visited one of the most amazing places on earth. . After enjoyed the natural scenery at Crater of Ijen and then you will descend the slope of Mount Ijen until vehicles parking area where our vehicle is waiting to escort you back to the City of Banyuwangi with stop for awhile to visit plantations (cloves, cocoa). Overnight stay at your hotel in Banyuwangi
Optional program for Blue Fire Tours: If the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to see blue fire & sunrise at Ijen Crater but you are required to leave from the hotel around at 12:00pm (midnight) and you are required to inform us in advance in order we can prepare everything to do this optional program. If you would like to do optional program for Blue Fire Ijen Tours, you are required also to pay extra cost as mentioned on attachment
Day 03: Hotel in Ijen Crater Banyuwangi to Bromo Hotel
After having breakfast at your hotel in Ijen Crater area (Banyuwangi), please enjoy your free program in the hotel area till time to continue our trip to reach your hotel in Bromo area. The trip from Hotel in Banyuwangi (Ijen Crater area) to reach Mount Bromo will take for about 5-7 hours driving by a private car (it is depend on the traffic situation) by passing, small cities, plantation, rural landscape, rice fields and beaches. On this trip, you can stop on the way for having meals or go to the public toilet.Upon arrival in Mt Bromo, you stay at Lava View Lodge Bromo or similar hotel where located on the rim of tengger region for enjoyable stay.
Day 04: Bromo Sunrise & Savannah Tours (TELETUBIES HILL) - Surabaya or Malang
At 3:30 am, the 4WD (JEEP) will bring you to Mount Pananjakan on the rim of the Tengger caldera as known as view point to see sunrise with its young volcanic including Mount Bromo and an active Mount Semeru as background. If it is not foggy, the sunlight when the sunrise will play light shadow which it come up from the sidelines of the mountains and it will give impression like unforgettable thing on mind & heart as a creation from the God
Afterward, our jeep will bring us to continue our trip to reach the parking area of 4WD vehicle (jeep) by passing the amazing view on the slope of Mt. Bromo, then from parking area you are required to cross seas sand on the slope of Mt. Bromo by horse riding or on foot (it is optional) till reach the stairs up (more than 250 stairs) at the slope of Mt Bromo which it will lead you to reach peak of Mt Bromo.
Afterward, our jeep will bring us to continue our trip to reach the parking area of 4WD vehicle (jeep) by passing the amazing view on the slope of Mt. Bromo, then from parking area you are required to cross seas sand on the slope of Mt. Bromo by horse riding or on foot (it is optional) till reach the stairs up (more than 250 stairs) at the slope of Mt Bromo which it will lead you to reach peak of Mt Bromo.
After enjoy nice view in Mt. Bromo and around at at 08:00, we will escort you back to the hotel for having Breakfast. After having breakfast, we will continue our trip for about 1,5 hour driving by 4WD vehicle/ jeep to reach “the savanna/ teletubies hill” by crossing the seas sand in Tengger region which it is bordered by mountains.
After a short break & take pictures, we will go to hotel for taking a bath and enjoy your breakfast and then we will leave the hotel in Bromo area to reach Surabaya or Malang for about 3-4 hours driving (it is depend on traffic situation). Tour package in Java Island finished
Optional program for Bromo Milky Way Tours: If the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to do optional tour program for Milky Way Tours in Bromo area. This trip will be begun at midnight time from your hotel in Bromo (around at 1:30 or 02:00 am) and we will use 4WD vehicle or jeep to reach the place which is best point to see Milky Way in Mount Bromo area. If you are interested to do this trip, you are required to inform us in advance & pay extra cost as mentioned on attachment
Optional program for visiting Madakaripura Waterfall: If you still have enough time & the weather is good enough, you will have a chance to visit Madakaripura waterfall during the way from Mt Bromo to Surabaya. If you are interested to do it, you are required to inform us in advance and pay extra cost as mentioned on attachment
