Tour itinerary
Day 01: Drive from Malang or Surabaya for Ijen area stay

This tour package will be started from airport, train’s station or hotel either in Malang or Surabaya (the best time to start this trip is before 12 pm / noon time, and kindly inform us where we have to pick you up), our staff will meet you then escort you to the small town of Banyuwangi or Bondowoso regency where Ijen crater is located. This journey takes approximately 7-9 hours by private car which is completed with air conditioned and the trip is depend on the traffic situation with possibility to stop for having lunch at local restaurant which is located on the road banks during our trip to your hotel in Ijen crater area.

On this trip, you will pass rural landscape, small city, plantations, rainforest and beaches. Upon your arrival Banyuwangi or Bondowoso, you will stay overnight at Ketapang Indah hotel or Santika hotel Banyuwangi or Ijen view hotel or similar hotel before you do Ijen tours and trekking expedition at midnight or dawn time on the next day
Day 02: Ijen trekking tour with amazing blue fire tours, then Bromo stay

00:30 am: This trip will be started from your accommodation or hotel in Ijen area around at 00:30 am or at least at 01:30 am and then drives for about 1 hour to reach the post 1 of Paltuding or this is as the starting point for the climbing activities in Ijen crater and then you will do the climbing tour program in Mount Ijen as follow

01.30-06.00: The preparation and then climbing activities to reach top of Ijen. Observation of the Milky Way + the seeing process of blue fire and if it is needed with your request, we will descend to reach the edge of lake to see blue fire with better and clearer view, then afterward viewing of sunrise on the peak of Mount Ijen and take a rest with an amazing view the green lake of sulfur as natural backgrounds which can forget how tired for the climbing process in Ijen crater

06.00-10.00: Go down by passing the same route or path on the slope of Mount Ijen till reach the base camp of Paltuding or parking area. Leaving the Ijen crater area to escort you back to your accommodation or hotel for breakfast, take shower, and take your own time in hotel area and then preparation to leave the accommodation or hotel of Ijen area

10.00-17.00: Leaving from your accommodation in Ijen carter area to drive for about 5 – 7 hours to reach your next destination for overnight stay in Bromo. >>> If you still have time with good weather, during the trip on this day, you will have a chance to do optional program for the exploring tours Banyuwangi, such as: Jagir waterfall tours, Banyuwangi beach tours, Baluran national park tours and Banyuwangi rafting tours with extra cost
Day 03: sunrise tours and Bromo climbing, drive to Surabaya to take a train to Jogja

Wake up in the early morning (around at 03:30 am in the dawn time) and we will use a jeep which will be ready in the front of your hotel to start your trip to enjoy for Bromo sunrise tour which is located on the tengger region as known as a view point to see sunrise with its young volcanic including Mount Bromo and an active Mount Semeru as background. If it is not foggy, the sunlight when the sunrise will play light shadow which it come up from the sidelines of the mountains and it will give impression like unforgettable thing on mind & heart as a creation from the God. You can choose one of the places to see sunrise in Mount Bromo area such as:

Mount Pannajakan or Gunung Penanjakan is known well as the best place for view point of Bromo Sunrise in Tengger region. Mt Penanjakan is a major viewing point for all tourists who visited Mount Bromo to enjoy sunrise tours Bromo. It means this place will be crowded on the season of holiday or on the weekend

King Kong hill or Bukit King Kong: If you visit to Mount Bromo, on weekends, or holidays, so at Bromo very crowded with visitors. I suggest you go to the other viewpoint (king kong hill) is a good place to see the sunrise time and Bromo crater, on the an altitude of about 2600 meters

Love hill of Bromo or Bukit Cinta Bromo: is an alternative place to see the stunning beauty for sunrise time on the Mount Bromo. Just like King Kong hill, the spot of love hill is also less well-known than the main spot named "the view point 1" or Mount Penanjakan (the 1st summit climbing), where the most clear view of the sunrise on Mount Bromo can be seen from this spot. However, if you got that Mount Penanjakan is too crowded of other tourists, you can choose Love Hill as a good alternative besides King Kong hill

After a short break & take pictures, our jeep will bring us to continue our trip to reach the parking area for 4WD vehicle (jeep) by passing the amazing view on the slope of Mount Bromo, then from parking area you are required to cross the seas of sand on the slope of Mount Bromo by horse riding or on foot (it is optional) till reach to the stairs up (more than 250 stairs) on the bottom of Mount Bromo which it will lead you to reach to the peak of Mout Bromo to see the spectacular view of Bromo crater

After a short break & take pictures on the top of Mount Bromo, around at 07:30 am we will go back to hotel by passing the same routes as your have done and when you arrived in your hotel or accommodation in Bromo, you will spend your time for taking a bath, breakfast and loading your luggage into the vehicle, then afterward we will leave your hotel in Bromo to continue your trip to reach to Surabaya for about 3 - 4 hours driving and then, upon your arrival time in Surabaya, we will escort you to train station in Surabaya for taking a train which will be leaving for Yogyakarta at 17:25 - 22:35 pm, and then The Java tour package for Surabaya to Ijen Bromo tours to Yogya by a train has finished
