Day 01: Fly from Bali to Pangkalan Bun airport via Surabaya/ Jakarta – Borneo boat tours (L, D)

Today, you will fly from Bali airport to Pangkalan Bun airport in Central Kalimantan/ Borneo via Surabaya or Jakarta in Java Island

And upon your arrival in Pangkalan Bun Airport in Central Kalimantan (Borneo), our staff will fetch you by your name on placard and then take you to the port of Kumai’s River by a car for 20 minutes. Afterward, you will board on the traditional boat to proceed for your trip to reach Tanjung Puting National Park area for 2 hours exploring the river.

This boat is river boat with an engine and it is made from iron wood and a specialist for tourism industry. The boat is made with 12m (length) and 2,5m (width) with a roof on upper deck where you will view the natural environment of the rainforest.

The local people call it by KLOTOK.- And, We'll explore the river slowly by Klotok OR house boat to observe wild animals and the natural environment along the river side. There are Proboscis monkeys, Macaques, many species of birds and other wild animals will greet you in the middle of Borneo rain forest.

Day 02: Orangutan tours and houseboat cruise to the camp Pondok Tanggui and camp Leakey (B, L, D)

After breakfast, we will travel up the river for 2 hours boating to reach to the Camp Leaky, where the orang-utans older will be reintroduced into the rain forest. Before we arrive at the Camp Leakey, we will stop at Pondok Tanggui for watching the orangutan's feeding at 09:00 and back to enjoy the houseboat tours till lunch time.

After lunch on the Boat, you will have an opportunity to do a short trekking before we will see the feeding's time for orangutans in the Camp Leaky area at 14:00 and then, you will have free time to enjoy the river safari when you are on way back to parking lot of the boats.

On this day, you can choose for overnight stay on the houseboat/klotok OR at eco lodge (it is depend on your booking and budget)
Day 03: Leave Tanjung Puting to Pangkalan Bun airport and fly to Surabaya - then drive to Tumpak Sewu waterfall stay (B)

After breakfast, we will transfer you to reach to the river port in Kumai by Klotok and it will need for about 2 hours, and then we will drive to Pangkalan Bun airport for about 30 minutes to catch your flight leaving for Surabaya airport in East Java.

Upon arrival time at Surabaya airport, you will need for about 3.5 - 4.5 hours driving to reach area of Tumpak Sewu waterfall. The spending time to reach Tumpak Sewu waterfall as mentioned above is depend on the traffic condition/ situation.

On your trip today, you will pass small cities, plantations and rice fields. You may stop enroutes of the trip if you wanna go to the public toilet, getting food and beverages in local restaurant of the side roads and take the pictures when you see the interesting places.

Day 04: Tumpak Sewu waterfall tour,- And to Ijen crater stay/ Banyuwangi (B)

08.00-12.00: After having breakfast and around at 08.00 am or by the latest at 09.00 am, our staff will be ready to escort you to the parking area of Tumpak Sewu waterfall as our next destination for our journey adventure in East Java.

Upon your arrival in the parking area of Tumpak Sewu waterfall, we will walk to reach waterfall point for about 30 – 45 minutes by descending cliff and crossing river. Exploring the waterfall and enjoy the beautiful view with natural backgrounds surrounding. Take your time for photo in this place, since this place is one of the best waterfall falls in East Java – Indonesia.

Tumpak Sewu waterfall is considered as the most beautiful waterfall on the Java Island and even throughout Indonesia, has a unique formation resembling a widened curtain, looks beautiful and perfect when viewed from a height place.

Tumpak Sewu waterfall has a height of approximately 120m and located at an altitude of 500mdpl, the flow of water is swiftly sourced from Mount Semeru, the highest mountain in Java.

Day 05: Blue fire tours Ijen crater,- and then continue to escort to your Bali hotel (B)

00.30-02.00: Leaving from your accommodation in Ijen crater – Banyuwangi area to reach the base camp of Paltuding for about 1 hour drive. The base camp of Paltuding is as the parking area in Ijen crater which is well known as post 1 of Paltuding or this is as the starting point for the hiking activities in Ijen crater and then you will do the climbing actitivities in Mount Ijen as follow below:

02.00-06.00: The preparation and then climbing activities to reach top of Ijen crater. Upon arrival on the peak of Ijen crater, doing observation of the Milky Way + the seeing process of blue fire

And, if it is allowed by Ijen crater officer, we will descend to reach the edge of lake to see blue fire with better and clearer view, then afterward viewing of sunrise on the peak of Mount Ijen and take a rest with an amazing view the green lake of sulfur as natural backgrounds which can forget how tired for the volcano hike tour process in Ijen crater

06.00-10.00: Go down by passing the same route till reach the parking lot, and leave the Ijen crater area for go back to your hotel or accommodation for breakfast, take shower and packing your luggage before you leave the accommodation around

11.00/ 12.00: Around at 11.00 am or at least at 12.00 pm, we’ll continue our trip directly to reach to Ketapang ferry port which is located in the most eastern tip of Java Island. We’ll cross Bali strait by ferry for about 1 – 1.5 hours to reach to Gilimanuk ferry port in the most western tip of Bali Island.

Upon arrival in Gilimanuk ferry port, we will drive to your hotel in Bali as the last destination of your trip, such as: Pemuteran, Lovina, Ubud, Kuta, Sanur, Seminyak, Legian, Kerobokan or Canggu area for about 3 - 4 hours.- And then, our tour package services finished.
